Enlagloria Salad House

If you’ve already taken a look at some of my work, you may have already noticed my fondness for environmental businesses. The salad bar that will soon open in Barcelona is also a business based solely on local produce – all the fruits and vegetables, eggs, and breads are purchased from farms in the Catalonia region. The packaging is environmentally friendly and biodegradable, and the menu is seasonal.
